In December 2010, Langdon Ingredients completed another expansion of its warehousing and processing centres to meet the ever-changing requirements of its customers.
These manufacturing facilities now offer you a complete integrated service – from product development through to manufacture, testing and distribution. By controlling all parts of the production, Langdon Ingredients guarantees a high level of quality control, complemented by packaging, warehousing and distribution facilities, all under one roof.
All products are manufactured in a climate-controlled environment utilising isolated equipment lines, guaranteeing our customers products of consistently high quality. Warehouses and manufacturing adhere to a total quality philosophy that includes the HACCP management system and BRC Class 'A' Accreditation.
The Langdon Food and Ingredient Centre in Melbourne and our facilities in Brisbane offers third party logistics services for food customers, from sourcing, importing, clearance, warehousing and distribution to your site.
The Melbourne warehouse can provide ambient, refrigerated and frozen storage facilities. Our onsite AQIS-approved facilities in Melbourne enable a much faster clearance rate of imported products, enabling their delivery to our customers in much shorter time frames. Ambient warehouses in Brisbane, Perth, Singapore and Auckland allow Langdon Ingredients to fulfil efficient product delivery.
Our customers can also take advantage of our comprehensive AQIS and NATA- accredited analytical laboratories, administered by a leading laboratory provider based at the Langdon Food & Ingredients Centre.
Our dedicated Cleaning Plant ensures the integrity of your product, and will thoroughly clean a wide variety of ingredients and products including herbs and spices. Cleaning stages include magnetic fields to extract metals, sieves, de-stoners and gravity tables, ensuring your product is free of contamination.
